How long will it take for me to receive my order?

It may take 3-5 days for us to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. You may track your order at any time using the link given via email upon processing your order.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We will happily return or exchange an item if the original tag is still attached. We do not accept returns on international purchases. Sale and clearance items are final sale.

Can I cancel or edit an order once it’s been placed?

Cancellations are not guaranteed as it depends on when your order is processed. If the order has already been processed, you can return the items, upon receival, free of charge with the tags attached.
